Stretching seems to be pushed as an overly complicated topic but it really is not.
The importance of stretching is immeasurable when it comes to recovery and growth in all aspects of fitness.
When we say all aspects we mean:
-Injury
-Posture
-Flexibility
-Muscle building
-Injury prevention
-Muscular Balance
-Sports Performance

Making sure to do Dynamic Stretches before your workout to warm up the body and static stretches after will make all the difference in the progress of whatever your goal is!! When we are doing these stretches the goal should always be to hit at least 30 seconds up to a minute per stretch to make sure we are actually getting real results. Our muscles need that time to understand and change.
