When we are working our Core it is more then just situps and crunches - There are a lot of well rounded movements we can do to create an amazing core.

Keeping a well rounded core will not only allow the rest of your body to be much stronger but it can:
-prevent injury
-help maintain posture
-improve athletic performance
-and of course give you that amazing stomach you are looking for!

The majority of your power and movement will come from your core. Having a weak core is similar to having a weak foundation on a house. At some point your house will come crashing down if it is not supported properly. Let's put in the effort to keep our core strong so we can stay moving around and feeling good for years to come.
