Training Philosophy

Individualized coaching, not random workouts.

Correct Fitness starts with how you move, what you want to accomplish, and what your training history allows us to build on. We prioritize sound technique, progressive strength, useful movement, and a plan you can consistently follow.

Steven has coached since 2016 and combines strength and conditioning with corrective exercise, functional training, sports performance, and performance enhancement principles. The goal is not simply to make a workout harder—it is to make your training more purposeful and measurable.

What that means for you

  • Programming based on your goals and starting point
  • Exercise selection adjusted to movement and limitations
  • Progression you can measure over time
  • Coaching that teaches you why you are doing the work
