Weeks 1-4
1. Learn about proper nutrition and how to make it a permanent lifestyle change instead of a phase or a fad diet. I want every meal to count towards your goal of having a better, healthier and stronger body. It doesn’t have to mean compromising on your likes but it will take new learning and commitment and I will help you get there every step of the way.
2. Learn and commit to proper form in all exercises. Some of these you’ve done before and some you haven’t. In doing them properly, you will be utilizing many more muscles than you are used to for much better and much more noticeable progression.
Weeks 5-8
1. Develop a new sense of desire and commitment to eating properly and your cravings to depart from healthy eating to munch on junk will be drastically reduced.
2. Moved on to more advanced exercises and you and those around you will notice a physical change in the way you carry yourself, the way you move and your energy levels in daily tasks and sports.
3. Develop an intrinsic sense of motivation because you are noticing changes in your body, physical ability and how you feel.
Weeks 9-12
1. Eat healthy out of habit and will consciously and subconsciously not stray from a clean diet.
2. Notice significant results based on your initially defined goals. There is no greater motivation to stick to proper diet and exercise than seeing that dramatic change in yourself.
3. Feel better than you’ve ever felt and have a new sense of confidence that isn’t just related to your physical changes but will impact your outlook on life altogether. You will believe that you can make dramatic changes to anything in your life just like you have to your body.
